How do I make reservation or payment?
First find the offer, you are interested in. You can do that with our search engine. On the offer’s detail page, choose your preferred payment type and follow further instructions. Reservation is a step-by-step procedure. In every step, you are required to enter the data, requested from you. Finally choose which type of payment you will make and select “Confirm reservation.”
I can’t find an arrangement I want
Very likely you have entered terms that don’t aply to any of offers. You can try to search with more general parameters.
Are informations I send you secure?
All information you provide while using the site is protected against misuse. Your data is protected in accordance with the law, and its use is limited to the needs of making a reservation on your behalf. Information about the holder of the reservation and the passengers will only be forwarded to the travel organizer for the purposes of the reservation.
What passenger information do I need to send and why?
You must enter all required passenger information. Information about passengers is required by tour operators and hoteliers for passenger records and the issuance of travel documents.
I would like to take a pet on the trip. Is this possible?
Pets can only be taken if the hotelier allows you to do so. On the presentation page of the package, check the "Pets" section. Pets are usually subject to an additional charge on the spot, but you must notify them in advance. You do this during the reservation, where you enter the species, breed and size of the pet in the notes.
Can I pay in installments by credit card?
You can also pay in installments with the card. In this case, when choosing to pay by credit card, you must select the option "Settlement other installments automatically when due" in the data entry.
